Lanicfer's 2012's It's Chill-EP Cover. Welcome to an ALL NEW #MusicMonday! This week we are bringing you so much more!! Last week I was on youtube and I was listening to some music that I was familiar with and I really enjoyed. I came across an artist that I had never heard of and was completely in awe of his music. So I found him on twitter and started following him along with sending him some tweets. He responded and granted to me an interview. I am honored to feature Lancifer's, "It's Chill" this week on #MusicMonday. Lancifer is a refreshing new sound in the world. Bringing a hip hop/rap flavor. In his music video for It's Chill, he brings Meekakitty. Together they are a driving force to be reckoned with, providing amazing dance moves and inspiring lyrics to the song. One of my favorite things about Lancifer is that he is a Christian and he is not shy about his faith. It plays such a huge role in his life and music. I hope that you will tak...

The Bible mentions several times about being the least, humbling yourself and becoming a servant for the sake of Christ. Jesus set an example in the Bible because He was God in the flesh and yet, he humbled himself continually and served those around him. Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, ... -Philippians 2:5-11 This is contratary to what the world tells us that we need. The today being obcessed with youtube and finding over night success by becoming the next viral sensation. Giving us the self-gratification the by people knowing our name we are becoming somet...

The vision of this website. Thank you all for your support! Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, But happy is he who keeps the law. -Proverbs 29:18

Tonight I spent the evening listening to music with a good friend of mine. We went through CD after CD trying to find some new music. Some were quality, and some were not my type of music. While looking through new and old we came across a vast variety of music. After several attempts we finally came across GOLD! I took one listen and knew that I had a new favorite song. My song of the week for Music Monday is Beauty in the Broken by Hyland. This song comes together to bring an uplifting encouraging song for all age groups. Sharing the Gospel telling the amazing redemption offered in the Lord Jesus Christ. We can find Beauty in the Broken no matter what you have been through no matter where you have come from. No matter how hopeless life may seem. Because God has a promise for your life, and Gods promises can never be miscarried. The band Hyland, is made up of four young men. Jon Lewis, Mitch Hansen, Ben Early, and Steve Weigel for this incredible band driven on impacting th...

Today the song of the day is Restless Heart by Matt Hires, one of the best songs coming into 2013. It's refreshing catchy positive message is unescapable. With an amazing instrumental featured on the CD.  Matt has been on the music scene for quite sometime, but is gaining some attention from mainstream.  Today I bring attention to this amazing young man who is bound to be music's next big thing. So please join me in supporting Matt Hires. His song Restless Heart is on Itunes.com as well as Spotify. Back story on Matt: As a cabinet store worker by day and a musician by night, Hires always had a heroic passion for music. Matt’s father, also a musician, introduced him to music at a young age, giving him the handmade guitar that Matt continues to play. Initially drawn to the punk, Post-hardcore, and Emo scenes, Matt later developed an interest in artists like Tom Petty and Bob Dylan, which explains the uniqueness of his vocal and ...

Today is Music Monday, and I am writing this about my new favorite song. Between the Raindrops by Lifehouse feat Natasha Bedingfield, something about this duet brings the song to life for me. Frontman Jason Wade brings emotion to the vocals and paints the picture. As Natasha Bedingfield throws down her amazingly beautiful vocals on this track. I do believe this song will be number 1. Such a positive song with a force behind it. Lifehouse seems to always have an uplifting message to their songs as well as Natasha. It's very refreshing to hear this song. It's a rarity for Pop music to has great lyrics and a great message. I hope that you will take a second to listen to this fantastic song!! I will include this lyrics of this song on her so you can see how truly great the lyrics are. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did on this Music Monday! This song will be making waves in the year 2013! Between the Raindrops Lifehouse feat Natasha Bedingfield Look around There...

It's no secret,   The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy we read in John 10:10. The enemy is trained he has studied us. He thinks he know how to hurt us. In the process we can end up feeling pretty hurt. The enemy can dress something to appeal us, he can make sin look pretty darn good. We are tricked in our weakness.  The bible say,  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 So it's no surprised that we are considered a threat. The enemy knows that if we are fully devoted to the life of Christ and spreading the Gospel he will not be able to win this fight. He laughs as we are taken down by sins of addictions, religion, and sexual immorality.  Religion I use as an example is because we can be so far away from God when we are steeming on Religion, Jesus came so that we migh...

Do you think in 1942 Jimmy Stewart and Frank Capra knew that It's a Wonderful Life would make such an impact on the world? Do you think they knew the movie would last from generation to generation  We still talk about the movie today. It is still played all day on Christmas on NBC.  It takes us back to the days when the world was somewhat more simple. It warms our hearts to see that struggles happen even in the movies. We meet George as a young boy who doesn't realize the impact he is making on the world. The only thing he is concerned with is leaving and becoming a traveler and making an impact on the world. Seeing places, meeting many faces. Not realizing that everything he is going through is impacting his own home which therefore is effecting the world. George meets an angel name Clarence, and tell Clarence he wishes he was never born. Clarence says to George, "Be careful what you wish for George." See George never understood the life impact he made in Bed...
