Gone, Gone, Gone-Phillip Phillips- on Music Monday

Exclusive cover only available here!
It's not often in Pop music that you find a talent that truly steps outside of the box and provides music that has meaning and a clean message. To one of the true talents that came from American Idol, other than Kelly Clarkson the original, and Carrie Underwood. A tough feat for the males of Idol struggling to find success past alums include: Ruben Studdard with a short lived career, Taylor Hicks with a few moments of success, Kris Allen which has quality music but failed to stay on his label, and David Cook that has been commercially unsuccessful. Scotty Mccreery is an exception to this standard since he has had success in the Country genre.

A breath of fresh air Phillips has been to the music scene breaking the boundaries of ordinary Pop music. Phillips had a huge success with his crowning song "Home." Now going on to bring his second single from his debut album, "The World from the Side of the Moon," "Gone, Gone, Gone" will prove to be just as successful and without of all the sex from most of the industry. Phillips is now on promotional tour for the single visiting TV outlets, Radio Promotion, and Magazine interviews.

I stand by this statement that this idol will go one to be one of the most successful if he sticks to the music that actually matter. Phillip I support your music and look forward to more amazing songs that you will bring into the world. Stay wholesome and an all American.

Today for April 15, 2013 I honor Phillip Phillips, Gone, Gone, Gone on my #Musicmonday feature.

To purchase his debut album please visit Itunes, Google Play, and Amazon.

"Gone, Gone, Gone"
Phillip Phillips
When life leaves you high and dry
I'll be at your door tonight
If you need help, if you need help
I'll shut down the city lights,
I'll lie, cheat, I'll beg and bribe
To make you well, to make you well

When enemies are at your door
I'll carry you away from war
If you need help, if you need help
Your hope dangling by a string
I'll share in your suffering
To make you well, to make you well

Give me reasons to believe
That you would do the same for me

And I would do it for you, for you
Baby, I'm not moving on
I love you long after you're gone.
For you, for you.
You would never sleep alone
I love you long after you're gone
And long after you're gone, gone, gone.

When you fall like a statue
I'm gon' be there to catch you
Put you on your feet, you on your feet
And if your well is empty
Not a thing will prevent me
Tell me what you need, what do you need

I surrender honestly
You've always done the same for me

So I would do it for you, for you.
Baby, I'm not moving on
I love you long after you're gone.
For you, for you.
You would never sleep alone.
I love you long after you're gone
And long after you're gone gone gone.

You're my back bone,
You're my cornerstone
You're my crutch when my legs stop moving
You're my head start,
You're my rugged heart
You're the pulse that I've always needed
Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum my heart never stops beating

For you, for you
Baby I'm not moving on
I love you long after you're gone.
For you, for you.
You would never sleep alone
I love you long after you're gone.
For you, for you.
Baby I'm not moving on,
I love you long after you're gone.
For you, for you.
You would never sleep alone.
I love you long, long after you're gone.

Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum, baby, don't stop beating
Like a drum my heart never stops beating for you

And long after you're gone, gone, gone.
I love you long after you're gone gone, gone.

I pray you have another blessed Music Monday! God bless!
