Something to Believe in-Parachute-Featured

So excited to bring you another of my favorites that inspires me every time I hear the song. Today's #MusicMonday is a bit of a throw back, not all the to 80s or anything. Today I chose to feature Parachute's Something to Believe in from 2011. This song has a great beat and an amazing chorus. The songs is about a girl that he is in love with and she is Something to Believe in. I do not know the artists faith, but truly that is no the point of my blog. It is to bring positive music that can help encourage those that are around us. My faith is everything that I am, but to reach the world we music find beauty in all things. 

 I hope that you enjoy this track as much as I do. I hope that you find it worthy to be featured on this #MusicMonday. 

 My favorite part of the song is the end when a big choir sings the chorus with the band. It is everything you would imagine it would be.
The song gives amazing imagery as if you are in a barren desert with no water and having lost hope in the world you suddenly find the meaning back. You are give that hope that vision that you still have meaning and you found that reason to keep living.

 The band Parachute, is made up of Will Anderson, Johnny Stubblefield, Alex Hargrave, Kit French, and Nate McFarland originally from Charlottesville, Virginia. Forming under the name Sparky's Flaw, ultimately changing their name to Parachute in 2008. The band has toured with several big names throughout the world, O.A.R., Switchfoot, Kelly Clarkson, Jon McLaughlin, and Michelle Branch to name a few. 

 It is my hope that you will get this songs and even their album. I know it will not disappoint! Who knows maybe one day I will have an interview from this incredible band!

As I think about my life, and reflect on all that God has given me the ability to do. So much has changed over the last couple of years, and what would make me think that things would stop changing because it is inevitable that things will continue to change. I look at my life and I am so thankful, God has given me so much and I truly believe that He has blessed me with so many amazing new opportunities! I have been blessed by my church, and the amazing family it has provided me. I have been given the ability to speak into peoples lives that I never would have thought would be possible. I am so humbled because that was never a goal for me, and yet it has blessed me beyond all words. Encouragement is like Water to the Soul, it makes Everything Grow

In life I think back on my journey, and I think about the things that truly matter along the road thus far. I remember people along the way that have encouraged me and supported me. I think most of us in life would agree that encouragement is so important. Most us crave the cheerleaders in life that root for us along the way.
